I've been using a W/Rt build to solo the UW but I'm on the America servers and they rarely have favor, so I figure I might as well farm some gold when my server doesn't have favor.

What is the fastest way to farm gold with a Warrior, what area is that and what build should I use for that?

Preferably with an axe, although I can switch weapons if necessary.

I am not interested in trying to trade drops with other players, hence this question does not pertain to which areas drop good items that can be sold to other players for gold. Unless certain areas drop items that are consistently worth more when sold to the NPC merchant, then I would be interested in that.

Been very tempted to but lately my Internet connection has been poor and I always get terrible pings which I fear would be even worse on a European server. Are the European servers actually physically located in Europe? If so that's a huge a detriment to me switching to them.

I can only switch 1 more time.... lol... I run on dial up... not gonna give an exact number but its under 40kb/s... And I've never had probs with foreign servers.
